Return Accept:
We will only accept returns products which is with original packaging with the original tags still intact, in the same condition it was received.
We will only accept returns products that are in original condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return is initiated within the returns period mentioned on this page.
Buyer can initiate the returns from "My Orders" section from onlinepujasahityastore.com Website.
While returning or claming a refund, the product must be in original condition and must not be damaged.
Label, tags etc. should not be broken / missing.
Try and pack the product properly while retruning, otherwise it may be damaged in transit.
Return Not Accepted:
We will not accept any returns if the product return time has passed or the product is used, damaged or altered by the buyer. So to avoid any disappointment, we request all our buyers to intimate us regarding the returns strictly within the returns time period and keep the product intact.
Return/ Exchange Time Period:
Customers can return product within 15 days after it has been received. 15 days return time period is given for buyers/customers.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 07 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.
We will only accept returns products above Rs 50/- if product is below Rs 50/- no return will be given.
